Spartanburg, SC Baby Photographer, Newborn Photos, Upstate SC

I love this bath photo! It looks as though I have just walked in on her and she knows to be shocked! :-)
The rest of the portraits from this baby's session are Christmas themed. This sweet family visited me from another state and I was so happy to fit them in.

Gotta love a little girl in a pettiskirt!

Waiting on her goodies...

LOVE how she had so much personality!!!

Perfect!

Thanks for playing with me! I hope you had as much fun as I did.

Ryleigh!!! [Spartanburg Baby Photographer]

I have posted photos of Ryleigh on here before, but never as a 4 month old! She has the sweetest personality! She loves her Bumbo seat and loves to sit up in it. I adore the flower headband that she has on! Thanks to my friend Lauren for making three for me.

This will be Ryleigh's first Christmas so of course she has to have a Santa dress and a bag full of toys...

Different dress, a little moodier with the light...

Remember Where's Waldo? Well, where's Ryleigh?

Oh baby!!! LOVE this!!!

Thank you for coming to play with me!!! I can't wait until you are sitting up on your own and its time to do again! :-)

N & E! [SC Children's Photographer]

N & E's Mom met me at Milliken to capture some images with the last fall leaves of the season. They were such spirited, happy children and I enjoyed this session so much! I wish I could show them all to you!
Don't they look natural in the one above? You would have never guessed they were bribed to hug! :-)

Can you believe these eyelashes...

and these eyes??? Love the color!!!

Also love the hat! How cute is E?

N!

This may be one of my favorite of these two together.

Thanks for taking the time to come out and play with me!!! I had fun and can't wait to do it again!

Jill and Michael Get Married! [Spartanburg SC Wedding Photographer]

Halloween was a gorgeous day for getting dressed up. No, not that kind of dressed up, this kind -- the wedding kind! Jill and Michael were married on a beautiful fall afternoon, and then danced into the night at Cleveland Park.
These are the shoes. I love shoes. I love silver shoes...

Jill's attendants gave a new meaning to the word. They were incredible and attentive to her every need.

The first look. I LOVE this!

The flowers smelled so good!

Cinderella walking down the aisle. I'm not including many ceremony photos but I had to show you this. I love this dress!

Married Jill with the foliage at Cleveland Park.

Isn't she beautiful?

This dress was made for her!

The little ones were So good the entire time! I didn't hear a single complaint!!!

I guess I'd better show you Michael with Jill! This was at the end of the night, just before I left. A lot of couples are tired by then and no longer want to see a camera, much less take photos, but Michael and Jill snuggled right up and did a mini-session before I left. How perfect is this Bride and Groom???

Congratulations you two! I know your lives will be filled with laughter, dancing and football for many years to come!!!!

Senior Photographer SC, NC

Two seniors = twice the fun!

Taylor and Taylor are best friends who came down from NC to have their Senior pics taken. These girls were so much fun -- we had a ball! There is no way I could come close to posting even half of the images that we got so I am settling on a few of my favorite. Enjoy!!!

Of course I did slideshows...

Quick note before I get into this incredible baby's photos! Dowling Photography will be raising our prices beginning January 1, 2010. If you want to see the new price list just email for a copy. Thanks!

Now on to Baby Lulu!!!! This is such an enchanting child! Her parents are devoted to her and you can see the love that she has for them in her tiny little heart! I love having parents at sessions so they can play with the baby and I can get the expressions that are reserved just for them! Too cute!!

The bathtub photo above is going on my list for a huge canvas! LOVE it!!!!

And this one below... Seriously, she was done here and stopped crying just to stick out her toungue! She is so cute I could eat her!!!!

Of course I don't stop shooting when babies cry. Then I would miss this:

Loving the B&W!!!

Flirting with her Dad...

Thank you Kelly and Thom for another chance to play with Baby Lulu!!! I had a great time!!!

Portrait Photographer, Spartanburg, SC, Newborn

I have never been so happy to blog in all of my blogging life! My account was somehow deleted, and after panicking and going through unmentionable details...here I am! Maybe I should think about updating my blog! Any ideas on where to go?
I was going to go back and try to catch up from where I left off but I have decided to start from what I have and work my way back.
I photographed this little guy Friday, and he smelled, looked, and felt just perfect! I have a couple of friends who are knitting newborn props, hats, etc. and this was their model. If you want info on where to get these fabulous products -- and others! -- let me know and I'll get you in touch!!!

Of course I had to do my signature style just for Mom! By the time the session was half way over he had fallen into such a deep sleep we could do anything with him! I hated to send him home!!!

I am in love with this elf hat!

The matching cocoon makes it the perfect "pea pod!"

Hated to turn the color, but black and whites are still my fave! Can you see his little two week smile here? He was smiling for me! ;-)

Thanks for being patient with me. SO glad to be back!!!
